Baby on Board
Baby on Board is a pilot program developed by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and the Cuyahoga Ohio Equity Institute to reduce transportation barriers for families who are pregnant and/or caring for a child under the age of one. Baby on Board is partnering with One Set to provide teen parents and their families with bus passes.
Eligible families may receive vouchers to accommodate travel needs associated with but not limited to medical and social service appointments, work, school, childcare or acquiring necessities such as food, clothing, and personal items. Please view FAQ below for more information.

Family Eligibility Criteria:
1. Family must meet the following requirements to receive a travel voucher:
a. Family is pregnant or caring for infant is less than one year of age
b. Family does not have transportation to meet medical or social needs
2. Parent/caregiver must complete initial assessment with One Set and follow up assessments to receive vouchers.
3. Family must be a participant with One Set, a Baby on Board Partner agency.

First, please assess if you are eligible by reading the eligibility FAQ above.
If you and your family are eligible, please send an email to One Set at onesetnpo@gmail.com and put “ Baby on Board Voucher Request” in the subject line.
In the email, please include your name, what One Set program you attend and the number of vouchers you request for your family.
Once you send the mail, a One Set team member will review and submit your information via a survey to Baby on Board. You will be able to pick-up your voucher from One Set Founder, Madena Green.
