One Set currently offers a 10-month program at local high schools for expecting teens and teen parents with children.

Our 10 -month program includes the following services:

  • Goal Setting + Future Planning

    Learn how to set goals for your pregnancy, family planning, educational planing, and more.

  • Infant Health + Safety

    Informational sessions on sleep safety, baby nutrition, CPR, infant/child illness, carseat safety, child endangerment, and more.

  • Sexual Health + Wellness

    Shared resources and visits from trained professionals on topics such as birth control, HPV prevention, OB/GYN visits, and more.

  • Self Love + Care

    Parents need love too! Resources for mental health, postpartum depression awareness, nutrition, healthy hobbies, and more.

  • Prenatal Care

    Information on prenatal visitations including physical exams, screenings, imaging, health history, and more.

  • Navigating Teen Parenting

    Tips, tricks, and facts on being a teen parent. Parenting strategies, parenting styles, family activities, and more.
